Jack is the Product Extensibility Consultant for the Strategic Account Management team at Sage Technologies Dublin. He spent 2008-2009 supporting Sage CRM customizations and APIs in the level 3 support team. In 2010 Jack moved into the SAM team where he will be building components and contributing to the Sage CRM eco system.
